Loïc Sevrin

Innovative PhD

I am Loïc, Télécom Bretagne engineer and PhD student at INSA Lyon. I work on people activity and health tracking in a medically assisted house to reduce the dependence of elderly people, cut the medical assistance fees and improve people's life.

Passionate about new technologies, I enjoy pushing myself into innovative and technical projects. Autonomous and used to work in teams, I bring my energy to the projects I am invested in. I would like to keep taking responsibilities within ambitious and innovative R&D teams in line with my PhD which I will defend in September 2016.

During my PhD, I presented my work at the popular science contest Ma thèse en 180s (3 minutes thesis). The video of the final of the Lyon area is available here (in French).
